Live in New Brockton for now 25 years, and never had a bad experience with either the Post Office, or the Mail Carrier(s) here. Always friendly and courteous.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Fail to deliver on time, pick up (despite the flag being up) or deliver at all.
Staff is rude and unfriendly and acts “put out” when asked to simply do their job in helping to mail a package or purchase stamps.

The Postmaster here, is a condescending, know it all. Absolutely terrible customer service - if you can even call it that. Save yourself the aggravation and drive to Enterprise or Elba.
