Professional yet personable. When you can talk with the pharmacy staff as if you've known each other for years and are welcomed with a warm smile every visit it brings a small town feel. I hope Muscle Shoals never loses that.

Might I suggest that you take the time to actually assist your customers instead of just saying something isn't valid with their insurance/prescription provider. One phone call was all it took for me to fix the issue which was that your tech was putting in the wrong information. A tech that has supposedly been at your pharmacy for many years but apparently doesn't know how to provide basic customer service. Treating me like a druggie was highly unprofessional when the medication I was trying to obtain is for my cholesterol so I don't have another heart attack.

They never answer the phone. They're never helpful. Some of the workers are not friendly. They get my order information wrong. It's ridiculous.

This store is pathetic. Inventory is always sadly lacking compared to other stores in the area. Grocery pickup is a bad dream. Waited over an hour once & always at least half an hour after receiving the text that my order is ready to pickup. They often have several young teenaged boys working which is fine except they go in a group to unload orders to a vehicle, two or three per order, even for small orders. This seems silly to me & a big waste of time but does explain why the process is so slow. Home delivery isn't any better because they're consistently out of things or have shoppers who don't want to go to the trouble to fulfill an order correctly. My daughter placed a large order for home delivery yesterday & only got two items out of the whole order. TWO. So a delivery fee, service fee, plus tip for two measly things. Not good, Walmart. Not good at all. Step up your game. New manager maybe?

I had an utterly disgusting experience in the store. I had to use the men's restroom. Upon entering, I noted one of the toilet stalls was closed off with yellow tape. The other stall had a person urinating, but there were two open urinals. My first thought was why isn't this j*** using the urinal? Out sauntered an employee in his Walmart vest. A young man of about 18 or 19. I went into the stall to find he had not lifted the seat and it was covered with urine. Angry, I said, "Dude, you pissed all over the seat." He claimed it was like that when he went in there. I added, "You leave the seat down and don't clean it up, just leave it for the customers? You're saying this in your uniform? You must be stupid." He is an embodiment of the Walmart dumbass employee stereotype. He was rude and ignorant. I suppose I shouldn't expect anything better at Walmart in Alabama. I called the Walmart corporate customer service line and spoke with a rep. She took my number and assured me I'd receive a call in four days or less. It's been six days and I haven't heard back, so do they really care? Doesn't seem like it.

The pharmacy staff really went above & beyond my expectations at my 1st time there. Took the time to personally provide information to me about my Rx. They were kind, courteous and pleasant. I could tell they were dedicated to their job & their customers. Just dealing with them made me feel better!

Don and I had to get 1 script filled, our regular pharmacy was out of what I needed. Very nice people but a long wait. Which wasn't too bad, we had time to pick up some things that I needed to bake with. We ran into some friends we hadn't seen in a long time, so in the end it was okay about the wait
