There isn't a worse pharmacy. It's always something with this place, literally every time. Do yourself a favor and skip their high prices and abhorrent service.

Everyone is always so kind (pharmacy, photos, main checkout, etc.) and willing to work with me when something isn't right/I can't find something. My go-to Walgreens!

Best Walgreens I've had the pleasure of shopping at for my needs. The manager is the hardest worker/employee I've ever seen when it comes to any management position. The employees are welcoming, helpful and attentive to your needs. The store is ALWAYS nice, and clean. AND yes, just like several drugstores... they're doing the best they can. I HIGHLY recommend, and prefer this Walgreens over the other Walgreen stores.

Walgreens pharmacy were dishonest with my wife, costing us a good amount of money. They went on to lie about it over the phone. She picked up her prescription and was charged an insane amount for it. I have the same prescription and get it for $15 with a coupon at a locally owned pharmacy. I called Walgreens and asked why they didn't use a coupon for my wife's prescription. I'll go over the lies they told me below:The lady who answered said they could not use a coupon in conjunction with insurance. This is a lie, as I do this all the time at my pharmacy. She told me that if she used a coupon instead of insurance the price would be about the same as what they charged my wife. This is a lie, as I have filled the same prescription with a coupon and no insurance for about $20.And finally, it should be noted that I have filled the exact same prescription at the very same Walgreens with a coupon in the past for $20-$25.Now granted, it's not a guarantee that I was lied to over the phone. The other option would be that the lady who answered was a moron who knew nothing about her job. Either way, if you use Walgreens pharmacy your prescription will be handled by a team of liars and morons who will make zero effort to help you in reducing the price.Go to a locally owned pharmacy. They actually care about you. Walgreens does not.

Ridiculous how long it takes to pick up an prescription that’s ready. No matter the time or day it’s so slow.

My prescriptions got sent here when Milner Rushing closed without my knowledge or.consent. I decided to.just let it be.since it aas already done and nothing I could do about it anyway. I got my prescriptions filled twice before I was looking for a new pharmacy. This is why I choose smaller family pharmacie. So impersonal. The employees barely make eye contact if at all. You are just a number to them. They don't care one way or another if you are a customer or not. I don't like. way I was treated. Almost like an inconvenience

This pharmacy is consistently overwhelmed at this location. Usually not a very friendly experience. Understood the nearby location was closed for apparent financial reasons. Wait times are unacceptable and drive through lines are now consistently around the building. It has been months and not addressed with more staff. Recommend you find a better location as management is unable to make appropriate improvements.

I don’t normally leave reviews but very frustrated with this Walgreens. I have been a customer for a few years but the past few months have been terrible here. There is constantly an over 30 minute wait, prescriptions are never ready when they are told, and half the time they don’t even have certain medications in stock. Last time I was there, I was told to come back in 15 minutes and my medicine would be ready. So, I came back 45 minutes later and waited in line for another 30 minutes just to be told to come back in another 10 minutes. Really contemplating getting another pharmacy because receiving medicines when you actually need it is a pretty important thing

I have been a Walgreens customer for decades, and this Walgreens was one of the best; however, since the closing of the store in Sheffield, the wait times to get a prescription is ridiculous. It does not matter if you go through the drive-thru or go inside…plan on spending a lot of time in either line. Unfortunately, I cannot do the wait times anymore and have now moved pharmacies. Good luck to all that continue to get their prescriptions filled here. They are extremely understaffed for the amount of people they are trying to serve.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. They should close this location and reopen Sheffield at least they had a working knowledge. I along many others will be transferring my prescriptions to Publix

Terrible service. You can never get your medication when they say it will be ready. Sometimes they can't even find the prescription. You will wait atleast a hour if not longer in line to pick up your medication. It doesn't matter what time of day or night you go.

Tonight, I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 50 minutes and I'm still the 4th car from being helped. The three previous visits have all been an hour+ waiting in line.Walgreens closed their store in Sheffield and had all those customers come to the Muscle Shoals location. What a mess this has created!I'm done and will transfer all my medications to another pharmacy. Who has minimum of an hour to wait each time they need a medication?

Holly, Tim, and Ann Marie were so friendly and helpful in making sure we got our child’s medication filled in a timely manner! Thank you for the great customer service!
