I went and waited in line in the store and when it was my time, the cashier walks away. I stood there patiently and another customer came in and someone from behind the counter asked the man behind me if they could help him. A minute later a gentleman came to the counter and asked if I'd been helped and I said no. He helped me. I called my doctor while in line and told them to change my pharmacy immediately to Walgreens. I will NEVER return to that store.

Today was my first visit, my original drug store closed and I had to find a new one. I chose Village Discount drugs and I’m glad I did. The staff was very helpful and professional. Every one was willing to help. I accidentally had my prescriptions sent to the wrong pharmacy, but Village Drugs got it straightened out and got everything made good to go. Best move I could have made. Thank y’all so much

I am so on love with Village Drugs. I wish I had changed long ago. I had no idea what I was missing. Their service is great. I don’t have to wait forever in line. They even come outside and get the next person in line. Brooke and Jerrod helped me get all my prescriptions moved over. Jerrod helped me get a coupon which saved a lot!!! Prices are so much better (literally half of what I was paying) All of the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Kevin and all of his employees are what supporting local is all about! No waiting in long lines and having to drop off a prescription and come back 2 hours later! I'm always in and out in 5 minutes or less. Super great people and even greater service! If your looking for a new pharmacy, these are your people!

Kevin and his staff jarried and all of the techs. Are super friendly and they will not keep you waiting all day to get your meds and if they don't have in stock they will get by the next day . cannot say enough good things about theses folks. If other pharmacy would take ques from this place there would be no long waits.

Love shopping small and local! My insurance company is trying to force me to fill my prescription at a chain pharmacy. It will cost me $3 per month to continue to use Village Drugs. I’m staying put-the customer service is super and they’re always quick. Plus, they call me by name. Should be my choice where I spend my money. Thank you to the pharmacists and associates for a job well done!

I love this pharmacy. I live in florence, off cloverdale rd so its probably a 30 min drive in traffic and I pass countless other pharmacies on the way, but the staff at village are so sweet and so caring, they are so fast, just everything about them make me stay. While I was pregnant, I was given a card for a years worth of prenatals from them, that's just one of the many things they do to show us they care about their customers more than making a profit in every single way possible. Also, their gift store inside has some of thw best niche items I've ever seen. Their candles are to die for. If for nothing else, go check those out!
