Store was down to 1 employee. She was very professional while explaining situation and was working with more than 1 person at a time. While one person's phone was downloading to new phone she would help someone else. Very capable woman. If I still ran a business I would try to hire her away from Verizon.

The most unprofessional environment. We ordered an Apple Watch online and this was the pickup location. The person working couldn’t find our watch, we had to wait 15 minutes to even get to the watches for security reasons. Then he couldn’t find it. The Verizon person had to call people every step of the process. I think he’s made around 5 calls at this point. We’ve been here around 30 minutes basically being held hostage and not allowed to leave with the product we’ve already paid for because this person doesn’t know how to do the process. Which, again, should’ve been done before we got here. The guy on the other end of the phone just said “this is why I hate when people order online. It bugs the piss out of me”. We heard it because he was on speaker phone. Now that man is having to come up here to figure this out. The man that just said he’s pissed that we ordered online. So now we’re sitting here waiting on someone who is apparently pissed that we patronized his business. We’ll be switching carriers

Service is good customer service is rotten can’t call a local store even if a local number is listed you still get someone in India that you can’t understand or understand you. Jobs are sent overseas instead of kept in the USA and putting Americans to work.
