If you don't want your package to arrive on time or even at all you've come to the rite place. $70 to ship a box just big enough to hold an iPhone, went from Birmingham to Montgogomery twice. Finally made it to Muscle shoals 3 days later. Still can't get it cuz now their closed for the weekend. Some overnight service. What a waste. Never again! I will keep my buisness with the postal service, who told me they couldn't overnight it cuz it was a phone. Someone suggested UPS to me. Boy will they get an ear full.

Kelsey is an angel, I believe that is her name... I'm forever grateful for her. She went above and beyond the call of duty when I was just about to give up on ups all together. Kelsey works in the office there, and she needs a raise.

Just drop Packages anywhere they choose. Currently there are 7 businesses in our building here in Florence. We have to chase down, and hunt packages that clearly have a suite # for the address. Customers shouldn't have to look for a package marked delivered period.

Why do they have a customer service number when you can't speak to anyone? You say "agent" and the robot says you can't speak to someone unless they know what you're calling about; every single option they give you asks for the tracking # and once you enter it, they give you a status update and then HANG UP ON YOU. MS Post Office shows my package is still sitting at UPS and hasn't been scanned in 6 days; UPS robot says package was already delivered to the Post Office but they don't have it. I don't even care it's going to be late - I just want to know where it is. UPS Innovations is the worst thing to ever happen to the postal system.

Well, as expected this was the 3rd time they havent delivered anything at my house, each time I have something thats supposed to be delivered by them, they just take it back to the facility and send a notification that my address was incorrect, or my apt number wasnt found, I live in a house, outside city limits, and the address is pretty clear, easily shows up in the gps, but seems the drivers are too lazy to even do that... the second time I added 2 address lines, same thing happened... know this third time, they did it again, didnt deliver anything, and just reported that the address was invalid, so I called customer support and reported the problem, they told me that the driver reporting not being able to find my address, because they were 2 address lines, instead of taking time to locate it in a gps or something, they decided to take it back to the facility... they really need to do something about the drivers, FedEx hasnt had any trouble delivering my packages, on the other hand ups is terrible at it...

I was directed here by the store in Florence, AL for a return to sender package that’s 50 pounds. I carry it in and there’s a line. The girl finally comes back and says that there’s no customer service person working so therefore they’re not shipping anything but the store could ship it. The same store that directed me there. It would’ve been nice if they could’ve put a sign on the door before people carry heavy packages in the door just to be turned around. I wasted my gas, time, and energy just to be told, “I’m sorry”. I’m sorry as well for such a pathetic excuse of a “customer center”.

Haha.. your girl is funny. This was a pickup I came outside to have her pickup the item and she waved at me and left. Lmao.. Thanks for leaving the labels tho.. *blank stare*EDIT TO REPLY: Contact UPS? That's a joke.. I don't have 4 hours and the patience of a Saint to get through the automated service. If I could drive right now I'd come up there.. but that's the point of pick up.
