Came in at 8:50pm 2-15-24 guy was nice, girl was completely rude. They don't close til 9:30pm. Everything was also closed when we came in.

Went in at 7:30pm. Chair’s blocking all dining area except 1 table. Mopping floor while we were eating. No tea. Getting it ready for next day. If you’re open until 9:30 you need to be open until 9:30

My Sister and I decided to check out this Subway because we had some coupons. Imagine our surprise when they said they no longer honor coupons --- even Corporate ones. The place was clean, except for some fluid on the floor. Staff was not the most cheerful. Gave me the impression that they would rather be somewhere else. Sandwiches where not very thick and even bread was thinner. That may be more a Corporate thing which is too bad. We are not planning to return.

This location made me a BLT, but when checkout came around told me that particular sandwich no longer exists and they have to ring it up as a veggie add bacon. Fine. Until you literally charge me the price of a second sandwich as the price of added bacon. I could have paid less and gotten more by getting a different sandwich. But i didnt know this before ordering and making this. It's been my favorite since i was a kid. This is really a break down in communication and lack of training to the employees up front to tell me this BEFORE they made my food. I would have simply ordered something else! As it was, I felt obliged to pay for it and avoid an embarrassing situation with the long line behind me as I wrestled my infant simultaneously. I went back and asked to double check I wasnt rung up incorrectly and they stuck by it. Moral of the story, ask before you order as this rebranding has changed alot and apparently no one can be bothered to explain that before hand.

I typically go to this subway and have had great experiences ,but not today. Today I got home with a sandwich that tasted like chemicals. It literally made my mouth burn. I had two other adults to taste it to make sure that it wasn’t just me. When I called to tell the associates of what was going on,they acted like I was crazy and said they have been doing sandwiches all day and had no problems….keep in mind it was 11:30, they had been open for a little over an hour. Anyway,I recommended that they check their bread and I sure hope they did before they kill someone from chemicals!

Woodward Ave's customer service has really gone downhill in recent years. My last few experiences have been unpleasant, with the "sandwich artist" acting angry simply because I entered the building. (I knew I should have went on down to Love's, they're the best!) Yes, the applicant pool is slim pickens, but there must be standards.
