People are nice but don't be in a rush. Waited 2 days for 1 med bc they were so behind then waited over 4 hours for one med to be filled. Got text at 5:37 pm ready,. Was already on my way but weather turned bad and 1 min late. Lady just waived from window and said sorry (a med I really needed). Also, prepaid online for one. They said they didn't receive pmt. and if I paid at the window, the other wouldn't go thru. Well, it did and I never received a refund for what I paid online. Only reason I'm still there is closest to house but the convenience isn't much worth it anymore.

I quit using them for my Mother’s medications because they were never ready when they were supposed to be and they wouldn’t fill a prescription for generic potassium because it wasn’t the exact potassium they had. I took the prescription to a local hometown pharmacy and they filled with no problem.I got a script that my insurance wouldn’t cover and I tried Publix again because they were so much cheaper than others on Good Rx. I sent my refill in yesterday and still was not ready at close today. Told me maybe tomorrow, they had been backed up all week. I will definitely be calling and having this prescription changed to my local hometown pharmacy on Monday. Not worth the savings for the lack of customer service and professionalism.I am a medical professional myself so I understand all the ins and outs of handling scripts. Their responses to customers are uncalled for…poor processes in place obviously!

I had just been released from the hospital and stopped by the pharmacy on our way home. The pharmacist expedited my prescription for me so that I would not have to wait to long to get my pain medication

It is extremely frustrating when you call in a refill on your anxiety medicine, one that can cause withdrawal symptoms and seizures if you miss a dose, only to be told it was cancelled because they attempted to fill more than the script called for. I never received a phone call about this; I never do when they mess up and my meds get cancelled or something is wrong-which happens every single month when I refill them or have a new Rx sent over. They just don't fill it and wait until I show up to tell me there's a problem, wasting both my time and gas because I have to argue with them to get a necessary medicine filled and then come back and hour later when we live 30 minutes away. Every single time I have to deal with this pharmacy it is a huge hassle and I wind up sick and frustrated because of their mistakes. I do not recommend this pharmacy at all and I will be switching after today.

This pharmacy has went down so fast. I raved about how nice and fast everyone was but in the last several months it went from being the best to one of the worst when it takes 36 hours to fill a medication that I can’t miss a day it’s not safe. And today I had the guy fill my vial for a shot that I have to take but tell me I’ll have to get syringes somewhere else. I’m over it I’m looking for another pharmacy that uses GoodRx and I’m out

Incredibly, incredibly slow. The staff looks sour. If I hated my job I would take 2 hours to fill an Rx too I guess. Leighton Pharmacy where I usually go refills my Rx in 5 minutes or less with less staff and are very friendly. Don’t waste your time here. Just save the 2 hours it takes to get 1 med filled and go to Leighton Pharmacy and have it filled in 5 minutes.Having a pharmacy in a giant grocery store chain like Publix, it should take as long to fill and Rx as it does to grocery shop. Drop off the Rx, grab your groceries, and pick up your meds.Because of a storm the power was out in Leighton Pharmacy. I called and they said they would still fill my meds but they would need to hand write the label and process the Rx after the power came on. Even without power they were still accommodating customers quickly. I decided not to add any stress on them and decided to give Publix a try. Huge mistake. I’m done with my groceries and am sitting in my car waiting for over an hour and a half for 1 med. Just 1 med! They were obviously unhappy, really bad vibes and SLOW service. I’ll never get meds here again and will be less likely to grocery shop here. Terrible pharmacy. Go to Leighton Pharmacy, you will be in and out in 5 minutes with pleasant employees.

Came straight from the doctor who sent my prescription over. The employee said it wasn’t ready yet and asked if I’d like to wait on it. I said yes and he said actually it’s an easy one I’ll be right back. He filled it right then and brought it to me! So friendly and nice he made my day so much better

They tell you your meds will be ready in 20 minutes. Lol...more like an hour and 30 min. Not very friendly either.

I take generic Mobic for my arthritis. Last month they were filled at Publix. For the entire month it was easy to tell it was not working. I went back to my normal pharmacy and instantly started feeling better. Turns out they use medication manufactured in the USA and Publix comes from a overseas corporation and is manufactured elsewhere as well. Upon researching this some. They have a history of exactly my issue with various drugs. And apparently with cleanliness as well. My family deserves better and Publix pharmacy is not it. Very dissatisfied especially after a month in pain due to substandard pharmaceuticals. Wonder what The billboard guy is up too?

It would be nice if they offered rain checks on items that they advertise but don't have in stock.
