Owner extremely rude. Claims customer service is lying. Avoid this place, they don't even honor promos by their own company! Have had good service with Metro, but will have to go to another store. I wouldn't give this guy the pleasure of my business. He threw this across the counter and said "I should read better English"!

I got the N30 on Monday night probably less than an hour before the store was closing. I was also a customer transfer from a different cell carrier. Moe provided me with the absolute best customer service. He said this is about you the customer! Thanks for welcoming me to the Metro by T-Mobile Moe.

If I could give negative stars I swear it would be like -10....this particular store has the rudest and I mean the absolute rudest bunch of employees I have ever encountered anywhere....went to upgrade my phone was told the phone would be $250 the price tag clearly said 199.99 so how is that 250 and she wanted to argue with me about the price...this is not the first time that's happened the fist upgrade I got there then phone was supposed to be free with an upgrade they charged me $150...I honestly feel like they charge you whatever the want to charge you.
