Like most DIYers I've spent a lot of money at Lowe's. I recently head a problem with a special order door. The jamb on one side was made a 1/4" to tall. One of the managers there (Jacob) told me no problem. They would call the manufacturer in the morning and have them fix it. Customer service is a big deal. They have some great employees here.

Good service. Everyone that I ran into seemed to be helpful and energetic. Some will do a lil bit better than other to help you. But all in all, good experience

I love this place. I have been a customer of this Lowes location for six years now and they are always very helpful. They also use great installers for contract work( I didn't even know they did installations).
