The lady who did my nails was lazy and just slap my nails with powder stuff. Didn't file them evenly to my cuticles not smooth didn't cut nails even. Made me cry after 30 yrs of having my nails done. This was the WORST!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had such a wonderful experience today. Julie did my nails In an ombre French acrylic she was very thorough and made sure I had the perfect pink I showed her a picture just once and she nailed it she also was very sure to ask me if I was happy with the length of my nails and the shape and she you could really tell she actually enjoys what does and she was very thorough also the clientele is extremely sweet everyone was very happy and a great new even one of their regulars paid for my pedicure and it brought me to tears of course I was able to tip better!!! I can’t wait to get my lashes and brows done soon by Julie soon!!!

We love Julie’s Nails & Skin Spa!!! We’ve been coming here since July of 2020 and we would’ve dare go to anybody else. The whole staff treat us with love and respect!!! We love you guys

Hated it very rude nail tech stayed on phone whole time and cut me several times with no apology or acknowledgement of it.will never go there again I was also overcharged.

Checked this place out,First experience was today & I can honestly say my nails look PERFECT and that’s what I was going for! After many years of being at the same salon for my nails and they just seem to not care at all,I finally decided to redirect myself to somewhere new!! Thank you Thao it was a pleasure meeting you and you doing my nails! I WILL BE BACK!

Every one of the technicians have done my nails at some point, but my girl, is Kandice. She is AMAZING and I’ve never been disappointed with her work!! I love the atmosphere and the hospitality!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

I absolutely love Nail Kandy!! I have gotten my nails done here for a couple of years now and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is wonderful and so friendly. Hands down the BEST nail salon in the shoals.

Im from out of town and came in for a gel color change with my mom. What should’ve taken 30 minutes at the most for us both took 2 hours. One person put the remover and foil on my nails... 25 minutes later a 14 yr old, who I can only assume is trainee, took the foils off. Another person filed the old gel off my nails, THEN the 14 yr old came back and proceeded to do the worst job on my nails. She kept taking the color off and putting back on... filing then reapplying color. While I DO appreciate her trying to make it look good it’s not at all. Its lumpy in places and/or doesn’t cover my whole nail. She needs a lot more practice and I shouldnt’ve had to pay the full price for this but I did.
