Very disappointed. Was waiting for my tax return for quite some time, only to find out my info never made it to the system. I had brought in a folder holding my paperwork, so it was easily organized and ready to be put in.Now I have to wait for everything to come in the mail, and repeat the process that never happened in the first place.

Double charged me $130 dollars to prepare my taxes on 15 Mar. It is now 18 April and I have not gotten my money back. I was told a week ago that it has been released but now am being told it could take up to eight weeks.
