So I had car towed after speaking to lady on phone told her what my car needed. She calls me back with an estimate of $997 to change radiator and fan assembly. I told her no thanks I come get my car. They charged me $60 never turned the first bolt. I bought radiator and fan assembly on line for less than $250. With a lifetime warranty. Another mechanic is charging me $300 to replace them. These folks are first class crooks. I refuse to le anyone rip me off. By the way she gave me an invoice for $837 $160 difference. Just wondering where that $160 was going to.

My 2008 335i BMW coolant leak fixed completely. I needed a new radiator. Car sounds like new now with no other problems. Quality of work, timing, and fees seemed to be excellent. Thank you!

Terrible experience. Paid $435 to have thermostat replaced and housing. I had a new thermostat on it already. Kept it 2 days. Pick it up drove it less than a mile still running hot. Now they say it needs a new radiator another $385 job. She said radiator was $225 which is a lie you can buy a radiator for for $120. Maybe if her kids weren’t running all over the office she might could do her job. Crooks

It was a terrible experience. They wouldn't fix my vehicle due to the fact I couldn't find a breather tube for my car that is not manufactured anymore. They wouldn't modify it with the universal breather tube because they don't do that. So my vehicle just sat there for a week.that was the second time I've been to this place the first time my vehicle was there they put a muffler on the car and said it was ready so I pick the vehicle up and try to drive it home from muscle shoals to Florence and have to call Simpsons to take the vehicle back to muscle shoals. Then it sits there for a week and nothing was fixed. Terrible experience ?

This was my first visit to Holt's. I was at Shoals Tire, across the street, and needed a new battery. I would walk to Auto Zone to get one, but they told me " Holt's" sells batteries. To make a long story short, that is where I went. Excellent service and the price wasn't bad either.

This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! they have had our car for over a month! And still haven’t started on it!!! And because it cameFrom car mart they won’t even tell us anything about it!!! Over 1 month and haven’t even started on it! Something that should’ve been done after a few days is now taking almost 2 months! I’ve missed my appointments for my baby doctor and my husband has missed doctor appointments about his spine simply because they don’t want to do their job! They are slow! Unprofessional and should be closed down! They didn’t even fix the problemWith the tires the first time! They are horrible! If I could work on it myself I would! Even with no tools it would be done faster!! Take your car anywhere else!!!!Services: Brakes

This place was recommended to me after I had taken my Toyota Highlander to a dealership and got an estimate on what it would cost to fix it. Being honest, I didn’t have a clue but knew it wasn’t running smooth as usual. So the dealership quoted me a price with labor and tax was $9,477.72. At which I laughed and went and picked up my vehicle. So I called a cousin who is a retired mechanic. He sent me to Holt’s and said ask for Mark or Bubba. After 2 days, my vehicle is at home, running good as new and cost me $446.27. I am a very happy lady right now. Thank you Mark and all the staff there for being so friendly and helpful to me. I’ll never take it to anyone else.Services: Engine repair

I'll be going back here. Good service, fair prices, and it didn't take weeks for the repair.
