“Planet Fitness Muscle Shoals has a well-equipped facility and friendly staff. It is a great place to drop in for a workout during lunch or pack a bag and stay a couple hours. The red light therapy has helped my joints tremendously. It’s a great value for someone who wants to work on their own health journey independently (introverts, talking to you). It is the perfect balance of being left alone and yet accommodated.”
