Me and my fiancé came in at 4:40 and the lady said they were already past there closing time when the close at 5 and all he needed was a simple trim. I don’t understand why she would say they were past closing when they weren’t

Make appointment online. When I reached onsite, they informed us they are not able to do it today because they already have overbooked by customers. Very disappointing and rude behavior!

Came in today with my son to get his haircut, the lady was extremely rude from the beginning. There was no wait and my son was seated almost immediately, when I told her how to cut his hair, she refused to cut it the way I asked. We just left and won’t be back. I don’t understand how a barbershop/salon can refuse certain hairstyles

I’m not one to bash a local business but some of the women working here clearly do not care about their work nor do they know what they are doing. I have hair passed my shoulders and an undercut fade. I came in just wanting a quick shave of my sides and left pulling out pieces of my long hair and wiping hair off my neck and face. Didn’t catch the name of the stylist but she seemed rude as I was paying and jerked the receipt out of the machine and looked the other way as she handed it to me and didn’t say a word. Needless to say, avoid this place and find a shop where the stylists act professional and take pride in their work.

We called and asked what was the latest we could come the lady told us 4:30 we drove 27 minutes and got in the store and at 4:28 the lady said she couldn’t take another person and acted like we wasn’t there very rude and a waste of time won’t be back to great clips in muscle shoals
