I had the absolute pleasure of speaking with her today about my car loan and she got me out of a crappy car loan lending service by refinancing my car through Listerhill and she went above and beyond to help me and did it so fast, explained everything fully and didn’t hesitate to repeat things if I needed her to say it again. I’ve never had that smooth of a conversation with anyone in a banking/credit union in my life. If you are needing help with anything at this location, ask for Miss Lainey. If there were more stars to add to her rating, I would add them. This woman deserves a raise and promotion and hell, a fully paid vacation as well. 100/10 recommend.”
