I ordered a bedroom set, couch and dining table. The bed frame was not set up right, my couch cushions has a hole on bottom, my table was delivered scratched. The delivery people was very unprofessional, as the other guy keep blaming the other guy for table being scratch. Then they came back with a marker trying to cover up the scratch, but the scratched was too deep that it's still visible. Looks like a child doodling my table. I didn't get any credit as that they promise, now my table is shaking like its about to fall down, I called and ask if they can come and fix it. And the lady on the phone said, “well, I don't have nobody here”. So I'm paying for a furniture that doesn't act like a brand new furniture, the lady on the phone said well that's all brand new.

My dining room table was delivered with a gouge and scratches that was not on it at the signing of purchase contract. Also 1 of the straight back chairs was not delivered . I was told the 1 chair was damaged during loading the product and that 1 will be delivered whenever they get 1 in the store . I was not given an estimated time of delivery of the 1 chair still due to me. No one has made any attempt to apologize for the inconvenience or attempted to reach out to give me an approximate day of delivery of chair still due to be delivered to me. So in as much ,I'm not very happy with the service I received. I think I deserve better service for the money I'm spending for the dining room table and chairs than what I received. If the table had been damaged prior to me signing the purchase contract, I would never have signed for it.

Bought a living room set from Farmers Home Furniture and after about a year the sofa had three(3) legs missing. Two of them had the bracket pull out of the wood and the other was never even installed, and it was one of the middle legs, so the support wasn't there from the start. The store had their repairman come out and he said the Franklin line of furniture had very poor quality and that if he were us he would try to get it replaced with another from another manufacturer. Long story short, they have ordered the parts for him to replace, which isn't going to hold because of the poor quality of the wood used, per repairman. I've contacted corporate, the local store and still no disposition to the problem. The local manager was very smart mouthed as I was talking to her this morning. Yes, I was angry but she showed very poor professionalism in her attitude. I'm just trying to get this taken care of. Would not recommend this business.
