The customer service is very friendly and polite. However, BEWARE... they do not clean your clothes. I had a trip planned and left without my clothes because I returned them because they were never cleaned. This is no exaggeration or stretch of the truth..."BEWARE... USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!"
