Rudest group working in pharmacy and horrible service by pharmacist including staff. TELL ME WHY??? If it were only once, twice or three times, I’d let it slide but it’s EVERY, SINGLE TIME!! Tonight they could not even make eye contact or force a smile. Go to Walgreens, go to Village Drugs, AVALON drugs or ANYWHERE besides this place until they learn without the customers, they’d have NO JOB!!

I love our CVS store on the corner of Woodward Ave and Avalon Ave in Muscle Shoals, Alabama. They are always on time with prescriptions and customer service is top notch. I've been in line while a ken or a Karen berate staff about things that they have no control over

Called because my carbidopa levadopa ordered on 9/5 still delayed (it is 9/18). Was asked , “Do you need it?” No, Karen. Ive just been taking it the last 7 years on a whim. It’s just Parkinsons. No biggie.

I'm from South Alabama and while on a business trip to Tuscumbia I had a small emergency come up.I was in day one of wearing a heart monitor that was adhered to my chest with strong adhesive "ears" on the monitor itself. During the day I had perspired more than expected and on my drive to the hotel , the seat belt caused one if the "ears" to come unattached.Knowing that no data could be collected without it being attached, I knew that I needed some sort of tape to reattached the monitor.I stopped in the CVS in Tuscumbia. When I walked In I spotted a very pretty young lady behind the register. I explained my predicament and without hesitation she was leading me down the correct aile telling me of her own personal experience and usage of the adhesive package that she is holding in her hand. I pull my shirt up and Breanne actually applies the bandage to the monitor and reattached it so that the monitor can do its job.I am a 70 year old man and this beautiful young lady is treating me as if I am her patient or even better, her father. This was personal service like you don't normally receive and Breanne you should get some recognition. Thank you for your help and your kindness. You will go far with that attitude.monitoritself.m

Never has any prescriptions in stock. Always rude at the drive thru. I’ve gotten so fed up with them I literally changed pharmacies and when I tried to, they of course gave the other pharmacy a hard time constantly putting them on hold not wanting to work with them. They are garbage.

I appreciate the staff and those that work in the pharmacy at the CVS in Muscle Shoals. They all are johnny-on-the-spot in taking care of my medical needs.

I called in for my refill of one medication about 4pm. I was told by an exhausted sounding female that it would be at least a two hour wait. That was fine and asked what time the drive-thru closed. She said 8:30pm. No Problem. Somewhere between 8-8:30pm I drove up behind two other cars to wait. And wait. I make it to the window way quicker than I thought (previous experiences) and then sat at the window for 3-4 minutes. I was trying to be patient. Then this kid comes to the window (Thomas) and he was so apologetic. He said “ma’am we don’t have your order ready. I’m so sorry”. Turns out this kid has been there since 8am and was alone in there. And had to drive home to Decatur and be back the next day. I wondered if there was even a pharmacist back there because literally he looked like he maybe had just finished high school. Cvs …you should be ashamed. There has to be a reason no one wants to work for you. He looked so defeated. I almost cried for the child. If you can’t fulfill your pharmaceutical duties…then close your doors. He was a polite sweet kid apologizing for a conglomerate probably just paying over minimum wage. Repeat : close your doors if you can’t serve your customers. That poor kid ….
