The battery in my SUV “died” without any hint of trouble leaving me “stranded” in a parking lot in Florence. I immediately called Ken Patterson (the owner of Ranger Batteries). He sent out a service tech with a new battery. He arrived within 10 minutes; installed the battery and had me ready to go within another 20 minutes! Now, this is service, folks!!”
“Sorry to say, I never really shop at O'REILLY's too much because they're higher priced over their competition. Where I live, O'REILLY'S and AutoZone are 2 blocks away from the other on the same side of the road! Really, I shop over the phone.... calling surrounding areas and online for automotive parts and etc...to compare prices and warranties! To me, doing this gives more options than having to drive all over just to hope the places have what you're needing and if you can afford it or not! But, that's just me.... Thanks”
“My SUV had delays in starting so I thought it was the battery that I purchased from them in 8/2019. I took in my vehicle and asked if it was too soon for a battery at less than 2 1/2 years old to be getting low. He checked it and in fact it was too low and it was still under warranty, so he installed a new battery at no charge. I knew I needed new windshield wipers so I decided to get them here and he installed those for free too - All under 15 minutes that I was there and in the parking lot. A great place to go, especially, if you are female and don't know much about cars. The service guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. This is now my go to place for my vehicle.”
