Curtis called and told me about the damage and quoted the cost to replace and repair. I authorized the work and my truck was ready the next day by lunch time. “My Experience Saturday Wasn't What I Expected But They Got The New Tires On My Car After 1.5 Hours ( Actual Time There With Appointment Was 2 Hours And 20 Minutes) They Neglected To Replace The Valve Stems In Wheels While Installing New Tires But I Called Monday And Spoke With The Head Manager Over Tire Center MARY And She Was Great And Very Helpful ! Mary Took Care Of The Problem And Was Very Nice And Understanding ! My Suggestion Is Don't Go There On Wednesday Or Saturday When Mary Is Off Duty ! Thank You So Very Much For Your Help Mary !
