“I've grown up in Tallapoosa Georgia for 66yrs now I have a lot of memories of the building there they are building a new store and gas station there now but its time this little small town made some bigger changes both my brother's started there first jobs there and it was a good turn around when you wanted to go find a friend at the other end I'll be glad when they get it finished.now we need a McDonald's or something else at the interstate so people will have a choice of places to eat besides Jacks or owens burgers.we and our children that drives has to go out of town to get food or entertainment.Why because the old set in the oldtime ways won't let anything new come to this town if they do its not what we really want or need bank or beerstore thats about it thanks. “Really DELICIOUS food. Excellent service. Staff and everyone very friendly. I had the philly cheesesteak and side salad. Excellent! The bread was airy, plenty of meat and cheese. Side salad was exceptional, ranch dressing is homemade and very tasty! I WILL BE BACK to try everything on the menu! Fire pit is a nice warming touch with live music on weekends!”

“Good service. Cashier was very nice and helpful and actually went that extra step to help me with a problem I was having with card reader. Always have a good experience every time I stop in which is a good bit because I live just right down the street.”
“This is my second time at this Pilot and they were both uninentional. Had to stop for pit stops and gas on the way from Atlanta to Dallas and it had to be this gas station. Not your biggest Pilot Gas Station but it has everything you need -- it's also not as busy so you're able to get what you need and be in and out. I don't believe they have showers either so if you're looking for that, this place isn't it. There's also a Taco Bell right next to the gas station so if you need some quick grub, you're able to grab that as you go. I generally had a good experience here and mostly everyone is friendly considering it being a rural area. It's ironic how I stopped by here twice but I'm glad it wasn't an unpleasant experience.”

“Stopped here to refuel in Heflin from my Alabama trip this weekend. Not too busy, right off 1-20 so easy access back to I-20 in either direction, east or west. Gas was priced as $3.49/gal. I did not go inside for anything.”

“Traveling through? STOP HERE!!!!!!! Especially when these ladies are working.Megan Beth AMAZING! Awesome people! Great store!Late night travels, cross country especially, can be hectic, exhausting.It's always a special thing when the attendants greet you with a smile, a little conversation, humanity & then the store was STOCKED! If you can't find something, it's straight up on you. Would LOVE to have been able to finish up my little magnetic set of the states though, as of today, store doesn't sell merchandise. You see, down the road at the other brand name store had them, BUT didn NOT have every state. I was about 9 states short. Attendant there wasn't too thrilled about having to scan them (oh well, that's why you clocked in que no) but eventually warmed up & made small conversation.ANYWAY, sorry for the novel. Clean stores, great attitudes from employees, & stocked snacks & beverages.”

“We used to primarily go to Love’s before. Our new company only uses Pilot. I have to say that in the few years we quit going to Pilot they’ve really stepped up their game. Most Pilots are clean, good parking, fresh food or pizza, nice showers, and the bathrooms always smell nice. It varies a bit by location but this one was very nice.”

“Awesome lil hometown country store ran by some great people. Plenty to choose from when it comes to food! Sunday dinner is always great aside from the deli which has anything you could ever want as well as Hunts Pizza if you want to order pizza. One of the more convenient stores in our community as they have gas and stay open where other stores have different days/hours ! Stop by sometime, you will be glad you did!”
