“Much better than the major truck stops. Food was good and hot and cheap. I had the chicken zita and okra. I went in at 10:30am and all of the food wasn't ready. What I had was good. Only cost about $8.”

“Currently under NEW Management. Anyone who has been there in the last year knows this place has had its ups and downs. However, I feel there is great potential in this establishment, and the ladies who work in the store now are ALL wonderful. I have not had a bad experience since it has changed over. I see a lot of new changes for the better, and they seem to be doing a lot for the community. They just had a back to school bash on Saturday and offered free coffee and biscuits 1st day back to school. If you haven't been here recently, please go. Give them the chance they deserve.”
“Cvs in Tallapoosa are wonderful. Jeff the Pharmacist goes above and beyond to help. He always speaks so kind even when slammed with patients he is so kind. He will take the time to explain and make sure you understand your medication. I would reccomend CVS in Tallapoosa over any pharmacy. Thank you Cvs and Jeff for taking care of my needs and concerns.”

“Stopped here to refuel in Heflin from my Alabama trip this weekend. Not too busy, right off 1-20 so easy access back to I-20 in either direction, east or west. Gas was priced as $3.49/gal. I did not go inside for anything.”
“This is my second time at this Pilot and they were both uninentional. Had to stop for pit stops and gas on the way from Atlanta to Dallas and it had to be this gas station. Not your biggest Pilot Gas Station but it has everything you need -- it's also not as busy so you're able to get what you need and be in and out. I don't believe they have showers either so if you're looking for that, this place isn't it. There's also a Taco Bell right next to the gas station so if you need some quick grub, you're able to grab that as you go. I generally had a good experience here and mostly everyone is friendly considering it being a rural area. It's ironic how I stopped by here twice but I'm glad it wasn't an unpleasant experience.”
“Great place to use the restroom and load up on snacks or drinks before hitting the road again if you're coming in from Alabama or maybe Atlanta area like I was recently. The gentleman working the cash register this past Monday on January 30th was very pleasant. Not really another soul was in the entire store besides the pharmacy staff, so no issues with crowds or lines here at all, which seems to be the case at most CVS locations these days. Definitely would return here again stopping through when getting off 78 or 20.”

“Traveling through? STOP HERE!!!!!!! Especially when these ladies are working.Megan Beth AMAZING! Awesome people! Great store!Late night travels, cross country especially, can be hectic, exhausting.It's always a special thing when the attendants greet you with a smile, a little conversation, humanity & then the store was STOCKED! If you can't find something, it's straight up on you. Would LOVE to have been able to finish up my little magnetic set of the states though, as of today, store doesn't sell merchandise. You see, down the road at the other brand name store had them, BUT didn NOT have every state. I was about 9 states short. Attendant there wasn't too thrilled about having to scan them (oh well, that's why you clocked in que no) but eventually warmed up & made small conversation.ANYWAY, sorry for the novel. Clean stores, great attitudes from employees, & stocked snacks & beverages.”

“Place is getting remodeled but even then, I must say it's very clean. Restrooms are the cleanest I've seen. Staff was welcoming and apologetic for the disarray. Taco Bell is closed due to remodeling.”

“My wife and I really like this place. The gas prices are always the lowest around for miles. We will drive out of our way to go by this store. They have Hunts Brothers pizza, hamburgers, and some chicken wings cooked fresh in the kitchen. They carry a wide variety of grocery items and a lot of hardware and stuff for the home. We really like the owner, who is awesome! He is always friendly and very helpful. If he doesn't have it, he will order it for you. He treats us like family! We very highly recommend this place!”
