Over the years we have bought several pieces from Bromberg's, but this experience was much better than we experienced before. I want to highlight the outstanding customer service by Paige, who truly went above and beyond to ensure my visit was memorable.She greeted us with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Usually we feel out of place in jewelry stores, but Paige immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. What struck me most was her genuine interest in helping us find the perfect piece of jewelry rather than simply making a sale. She took the time to understand what we were considering and our preferences, offering insights and recommendations tailored to our taste. What I appreciated most was her willingness to listen and provide honest feedback without any pressure, and was very patient as my wife tried on what seemed to be half of the jewelry in the store. It was evident that her priority was making a good impression.In today's day in age, true customer service seems like a rarity. However, Paige exemplified my definition of exceptional customer service.We will be going back!”
“I had a marquise cut diamond solitaire engagement ring that my husband wanted to have reset for our 30th anniversary. He told me to decide how I wanted it set, but I really had no idea. We live in Tuscaloosa and went to a couple of jewelry stores here. They basically just told me to try to find a setting and they could have it made but were not really eager to help. In fact, one of things that my husband did want to “contribute” to the design was that he thought it would be nice to incorporate yellow diamonds. The salesperson at one of the stores here told us that yellow diamonds were expensive so we should consider yellow sapphires. I told her that I didn’t like yellow sapphires because they leaned more toward orange. I specifically asked if they could do a CAAD incorporating yellow diamonds, but when she sent it to me she stated that she told them yellow sapphires. She never asked our budget, so she was making an assumption we could not afford diamonds. We decided to go to some jewelers in Birmingham and decided we would go to three, with Levy’s being one of them. They were the last of the three we went to on a Saturday. The first two had the same type of “what do you want approach” and never really helped guide me through some design options. Then we got to Levy’s and met Jenn. She is fantastic!!!! Rather than just standing at a counter staring at us waiting for us to tell her what we wanted (like the other jewelry stores), she sat us down at her desk and went through various design options. We ended up deciding on a design I thought I wanted, and she proceeded to order yellow diamonds we could look at. By the time the yellow diamonds came in, I had decided on a different design. Jenn was not frustrated at all with my change of mind and again proceeded to discuss various options to ensure it would come out looking gorgeous. I picked up the ring two days ago, and it is stunning! It came out so much better than I could have ever dreamed, and it would not have been the case without Jenn helping us all along the way. If we ever need any more quality jewelry we will definitely go back to Levy’s!”

“Absolutely incredible experience here! I called them to set up an appointment to get my ring repaired and they told me I could just come by that day. The woman assisting me explained why the band was bending, ways to avoid it getting damaged further, and an estimated cost for repair if it got worse. She then took it to the back and a specialist looked at it for me and straightened the band FOR FREE. I had inquired with a different jeweler and they quoted me $65 so it was incredible that they provided this service free of charge. She even offered to polish the other ring I had brought with me for free. If any of my rings get damaged I will 100% be taking it here to get repaired.”

“Beautiful bright clean store and was greeted warmly. I had called ahead to ask them to hold a bracelet as I wanted to exchange one I had bought recently to a smaller size. Sadly, the sales associate that had put aside the bracelet the day before did not check the clasp. The sales associate that helped me was honest about the clasp being slightly faulty and even though I could have exchanged my bracelet and taken that one, she recommended against it and did everything she could to try to accommodate me. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough of a remaining balance on my Pandora card to make the exchange. She even tried increasing my credit limit but to no avail.I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t able to exchange my bracelet, and I feel that for a high ticket item (it was a diamonds by Pandora bangle), they should have had better stock. But she was very nice and spent a lot of time with me to try to come up with a solution.I still recommend this store!”
“What a wonderful experience. I was on the hunt for a black cosmos Mont Blanc. After talking to Ryan, I discovered they had one coming in this week. I was out of town and Ryan was nice enough to set the pen back for me. My experience picking up the pen was amazing. Great location and amazing customer service!
