I absolutely love Village Pet Grooming. They do such an impressive job on my 1yr old springer doodle who does not love being groomed... They are so kind and VERY doodle friendly!! They also consistently give him the best cut - it has been the only haircut I have ever liked after picking him up!!! I could not recommend them more for your grooming needs.

Chelsea is by far hands down the best groomer in b’ham. I finally found someone who actually knew how to give an excellent cut to my boys Jackson (Aussie/doodle) and Miller (springer spaniel). I have used her for 1.5 yrs and she is always consistent. The boys and I highly recommend her!!!

Chelsea did a WONDERFUL job grooming and bathing my bulldog. We went hiking for a week and she still smells great :) My dog hates getting her nails trimmed, but Chelsea is a trooper. Best groom ever! Coming back for sure! xoxo

Chelsea at Village Pet Grooming in Mtn Brook is by far hands down the BEST groomer in town!! After a long search and bad haircuts I finally found a groomer who actually knew what she was doing. She gave my boys Jackson (aussie/doodle) and Miller (springer spaniel) the most awesome cuts ever. Never too short always just right. After 1.5 yrs the boys and I highly recommend her!

I recently took my dog to Village Pet Grooming and Boutique for a bath, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. They took great care in making my dog feel comfortable and relaxed. After the bath, my pup came out smelling absolutely amazing! The quality of the grooming was top-notch, and the attention to detail was evident. I appreciate how they used gentle, pet-friendly products that left my dog's coat soft and shiny. If you're looking for a reliable place to pamper your furry friend, I highly recommend Village Pet Grooming and Boutique I'll definitely be bringing my dog back for regular baths! Also there bather was top notch won't find any others like her Definitely needs a raise!!

As she did (and does) with our other pets, Dr Cindy Williams has kept our 14 year old adopted golden retriever healthy happy and handsome! Staff is always amazing and caring!

Called several vet clinics to get a quote on a neuter for a male cat. Was told a price, double checked the price with a pet assure benefits discount. Got medical records moved from his regular vet - was asked several times if he had his vaccinations, if he needed grooming, if nails needed to be trimmed, if he needed a bath. Just wanted to do the neuter. While dropping him off - was told that he may be subject to a first time patient fee and bloodwork for anesthesia that was separate from what I was told over the phone. I told the people at the front desk that I had was only prepared for what was discussed over the phone - they said that they would talk to the vet and these fees would likely be waived. I drove off and when I was half-way home - I got a call saying that the price was more than twice what I was originally told over the phone the day before - none of the fees would be waived - I drove back to pick my cat back up. Staff was un-apologetic during the entire process with the price bait and switch. Would not recommend.

Dr. Williams and her vet tech were very great with my dog and her hurt paw. They were gentle and communicated on there plan to help her. We really appreciated that. They also knew my dog gets stressed out at the vet and did everything to make sure her visit less stressful. Camden at the front desk was very helpful with fitting us in for our last minute appointment too! :) We had a great vet visit and are happy we made the switch to Village Pet Care.
