Multiple pumps broken. You can’t even use tap to pay. When you go inside they say they can’t do anything bc the pump shows it’s “asking a question” then you go outside and it’s just the main menu screen that says rewards or debit. I drove down the road to the chevron, no issues.

This place is not 24/7… always closed at random times. All I use is shell, so this is really inconvenient.

First gas station review for me but this place is pathetic. The pumps frequently don’t work, I’ve had my CC eaten twice and when they do work they’re the slowest pumps out there. So frustrating and I’m not asking for much - just functional pumps.

I can deal with higher fuel prices and odd hours (so odd), and the place is a beast to get in and out of, but in that part of Mountain Brook the lack of another option makes it a necessary evil. My issue is a lazy girl at the helm that turned combative when I found her on her phone in a corner and asked to get $20 on pump 1. She pointed and said (without getting up) “the register is over there”. When I suggested there needed to be an employee at said register, she said “Have a nice day, I’m not going to serve you!”Yeah….

This place is hardly open. Gas is a lot higher than other stations in the area. On the weekends they don’t turn the pumps on until 8:00am, if not later, and their work hours change constantly. As of this post (5/10/2021), there’s a sign up saying that will be closing this week at 4:00 PM. That is ridiculous!
