I have used the repair shop in the past. I took my car there again for a water pump. It took much longer than expected due to issues beyond anyone's control. During this time, they were everything about accommodating me and my situation. Ms. Wendy, Kelly and Danny went above and beyond to make sure that I felt heard and taken care of. I have nothing but accolades for this place.

I deal with the Crestline shell on a regular basis. Great owners and great employees all around. Justin (the tire god) has helped mount more tires for me than I can count. 10/10 service.

Man this is a shell station since they have auto repair garage if you have any problems especially you're headlights, problems with the windshield wipers there use 5 to 10 of you're time if you have car emergency at the last minute and they have really good customer service there I recommend this shell station in Crestline village with a auto repair garage

My friends were visiting their daughter at school because she was having car trouble...a vibration. The attendant agreed with the dad that it was probably a cv joint instead of checking it out. They replaced it and were told everything was fine. Not a block away the vibration began again. They decided to drive it home, 3.5 hours, to their own mechanic. What their mechanic figured out was that it was the incorrect part for their hybrid car, which in turn caused the axle to come out and the car to stop running completely. If this had happened to them on the interstate there could have been a serious accident or an additional tow bill. Now the mechanic here has to order the correct parts and they will be charged again!! If you don't understand a vehicle or know how to fix it, tell your customer, and DON'T DO IT!!

My wife Brandi works there had gotten covid because of the service to all the customers at the register. She is the hospital on paralizing meds. and heavy pain meds. They started discriminating against me saying I have covid and I am not aloud in there stores. The stores are shell gas station and B&L liquor Crestline, Ca. They never had employees tested for covid or treated like myself. I was tested and dont have it.Please think of what was said and make good choices on where you shop and give business.

Awesome staff here! Friendly and knowledgeable and FAST! The gentleman with the hat and sweatshirt today (didn’t catch his name :/ my fault) helped patch my tire up and even switched out my spare for the fixed tire. Keep up the good work!
