“From the moment I walked in the door GV made the entire experience easy and efficient. My kids actually enjoy trips to the storage facility, first because they are sheltered, but second because they get to ride the carts which are conveniently located at the entrance. There are also water fountains in the hallways and clean bathrooms on every floor. I checked with three other nearby storage facilities but only one had cheaper prices and that did not include their mandatory renters insurance, which put the price much higher than Space Savers HWY 280. Overall you get more and pay less with Space Savers HWY 280.”

They check each unit daily for any deficiencies. A couple years ago, I rented an environmental unit for clothes and furniture. It was the same feeling; no problems!

“First class facility all the way! The owners are great people and Christians that walk the walk. The storage facility is clean and the units did not have any bad smells like some facilities I have visited. Even the restrooms were very clean. They use a system that keeps your items very secure. It's also a plus being next to the Hoover Police Station which adds a little more security. The loading and unloading was very easy and they provide plenty of carts to help you with transporting your items. They have a similar last name as me but they are not related in any way and this is not a paid for review. I would recommend Armor Safe Storage in Bluff Park to anyone!”

It's a clean and well kept facility and the employee by the name of SHEAUNDRA her customer service and friendliness and the way she cares about her job is absolutely the best of the best hands down she helped me and assisted me anyway that she could she explained everything to me where I could understand everything and she answered every question that I had. I highly recommend this facility in Hoover you won't get a better facility with the same customer service and hospitality and cleanliness of a facility like this location. It's a must see! “Stopped in after calling to check on availability, pricing and to just look at the setup... Lisa helped me and she was more than helpful. She went above and beyond (even in the 110° heat) to help me understand exactly how it all works, from billing, late charges, the fact that you own your lock was a huge plus for me. I wanted to look at different sizes and was indecisive and she was accommodating in every way. Lisa thought along with me it seemed. She made a good point and I will pass it along to you, she suggested that I go ahead ifgoing to try to get a size down, rethink that...she said.. "you will find things along the way that you would like to be able to put in your unit, she said she personally likes knowing she had a little room for stray items that pop up during moves, elderly parents belongings.. and there is room to move things around.. overall, the difference in price seems significant but if utilized, well worth it, I had shared my situation with her. I am glad I did, she thought about it and gave me great suggestions, or food for thought. I think as she said I will plan to get a larger one, and size down if I think it is feasible. Thank you Lisa, for your patience, and your thought process and logic.. You made perfect sense and allowed the time to me and I didn't feel pushed or like a burden... this took a load off my mind! Hopefully, before I get ready to begin task.. Lisa will be at one of these facilities on a regular basis because I can use any of them and would like to see her! Lisa listened to what all I had happening, made me think, and was comforting along the way. Will look you up end of September Lisa!”
