I love this pharmacy. They know who you are, care about you, and are good people. It's a smaller local pharmacy, but they give great customer service and have nicer products like colognes than a bigger nationwide pharmacy chain.

I have been a customer of Ritch’s my whole life, and I have loved the pharmacy because of its great customer service. However, in light of the Adderall shortage, my opinion has unfortunately changed. Each time I have called simply to ask if they have my prescription in stock, I have been rudely dismissed with a “Um there’s a nationwide shortage. We don’t have any.” Which… obviously anyone with an Adderall prescription would know. What Ritch’s doesn’t seem to understand is that going without my prescription is stressful and emotional. I have to call at least 10 pharmacies each month to find a place to fill my prescription. It’s disheartening and frustrating. Being talked down to and dismissed without even an attempt to sympathize just makes me feel worse. I have received infinitely better customer service at CVS and Walgreens than Ritch’s. I wish it weren’t true, but I no longer feel cared for or valued at this pharmacy. I will be moving on to the chain pharmacies for now. At least they offer to help me find my medicine other places or tell me when they expect more to arrive.

Such a great little hometown pharmacy. They were super fast and efficient. Had a recorded call the next day thanking me for my business. Staff was super nice. I would highly recommend this place if you need a script or other pharmacy needs.

This local pharmacy has completely gone hill & real fast. New employees know nothing of pharmacology. I request a delivery over 24 hours ago for at least a delivery of today & still no charge, no refill & both rx's were long over due. I will be taking my business elsewhere immediately.

I have used Ritch’s for years and they have lost my business. Staff is rude and they have twice messed up prescriptions causing me medical issues. Will never use them again and I caution anyone else to use them as well.

There is something special about a local pharmacy. They might not always be as fast as the other big time pharmacies like Walgreens or CVS, but when you come into a local pharmacy, you know you will be taken care of to the max. The people who work here are proud of what they do and what they offer. If they cannot get something you might need they can make suggestions of other things to get or they can help to guide you to the nearest store for you to find what you are looking for. Local pharmacies have a charm that I cannot explain. You feel like you are a apart of their family when you come inside. The array of other items that aren't drug store items was shocking to me to. It was like a gift shop and a pharmacy mash up. You might be spending a little extra money on some of the items, but you know they come from a good place. I am happy to know that this location exists in this cute little mountain brook area.

The staff is consistently friendly and informative! Ritch’s brings to life everything wonderful about privately owned pharmacies: you feel like family, they have amazing inventory for one-stop shopping, and they deliver!Although meds are always ready, I spend some time looking at ALL the great gifts available: baby, 21st birthday, bridal showers, weddings, gifts for dog-lovers and for the folks on your list who are impossible to shop for! They have it and will take the time to help you find the perfect items!And you’ll get a lollipop if you go there for your Covid shot ?
