I have been shopping here for many years. The products are always organized and up to date (you have oopsies here and there) and produce is mostly fresh and convenient. All of the associates that I have talked to are friendly and helpful when you ask questions. That to say, I have one small issue with this store. The customer service department is not friendly. While they do sometimes greet you when you walk in the door or tell you to have a nice day when you’re exiting- it doesn’t seem genuine. People do have their days, I understand- but some are just not friendly in general. I usually get ignored a self-check out or associates are too busy talking to each other when you need help. This store is overall well-kept and associates are very accessible. Thank you for all of your hard work!

The older woman at self checkout with the black scarf always on top of her head is so extremely rude and unfriendly!! It’s a shame they have someone so rude always right at the front! So unhelpful and always mumbling and grumbling about being ready to be off! Everyone else is so friendly!

this place never disapoints especialy at 3am and ur a minor who wants a cookie. they give free cokies to kids under 13 and im under that so cool. they have 3 cookie options. sprinkls (my favorite) cokie chip also one of my fa orites and anotherone that i cant rember. also try the sandwiches. they are better then any subway can compeat with. ALSO great oven meals for when you dont want 2 cook i recomend the mashed potatoe and gravy have good day publix i like shopings here. ALSO U CAN GET REFUNDS FOR STUFF U HAD AN LERGIC REATION 2 ik bc i got an alergic reaction from a cream i bout there

My family has stock in Publix, so I became a secret shopper here locally and this particular Publix is downright awful. I’d never spend any time or money ever again
