Beautiful little shop. I was greeted by every employee . Every employee was busy with different tasks. I couldn't believe the customer service and the eagerness to assist. Everything in the store was breathtaking from perrienalls,annuals, containers, Christmas decorations and tropical plants. This is a really great place to visit for gifts and gardening. One employee even helped me back up into traffic by stopping cars. This is such a rare find. Great job guys !!!

My wife and I have shopped at Leaf and Petal numerous times and always had great experiences. We stopped by this morning to look at a plant at 11:30, knowing they don’t open until noon. So I am looking at this plant and I hear the front door of the store unlock and this young man walk toward me. I ask him how much was the plant and his response was “ you know we are not open yet!” I acknowledged that and asked him again and he said “it’s on the tag.” So here is an example of Chance/Choice/Destination. This young man had a Chance to offer me an answer in a nice way, he made the Choice to be rude and display ego-centric customer service and the Destination was me deciding not to wait the 30 minutes to make the purchase, and go elsewhere to spend my money.

Wonderful shop with gorgeous plants, pots, and various decorative items. I stopped in for Mother's Day and was able to get a couple of beautiful custom arrangements for a great price. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful, especially Paulie. Highly recommended! I am definitely coming back in the future!
