We are so happy that we made the choice to live at Lane Parke. Misty Ford has been so very helpful to us throughout the whole process. Allen Smith has also has been very fast to act if we had a problem. The entire community is very welcoming. We love being so close to shops, restaurants and the Botanical Gardens. It’s a fun place to live!!!

Lane Parke is super convenient, has great amenities, and a friendly, responsive staff. Sure, there is some construction going on around the place, but it is easy to overlook because of the other positives. I plan to renew my lease.

I’ve enjoyed my experience at Lane Parke apartments so far. Misty and the management team are friendly and extremely helpful. The apartments are in a great location, and the team works hard to ensure a sense of community for the residents. The apartments are in great shape, and the maintenance team is responsive and thorough. Thanks to the staff at Lane Parke for making my move so easy!

The location and sense of community are what make Lane Parke such a great place to live. Misty, Kimberly and their team are fantastic, and work hard to make residents feel appreciated. The monthly resident parties are so much fun - Misty goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a wonderful time. I recently considered a move to the Birmingham area from Atlanta for a business opportunity. I had identified Mountain Brook as the area I wanted to explore and stayed at the Grand Bohemian Hotel. During this time, I was introduced to Robin Hixson, the property manager of Lane Parke and had an opportunity to tour the community. Although this business opportunity did not necessitate my moving to Birmingham, I was most impressed...the community is convenient, lovely and well-maintained, and Ms. Hixson and her staff went out of their way to make me feel at home.Kudos to Ms. Hixson and her staff for delivering a first-class experience! If another opportunity arises in Birmingham, Lane Parke will certainly be at the top of my list!

Lane Parke Apartments is a fantastic place to live. The neighborhood is safe and easily walkable, with many neat shops and restaurants nearby. The location truly can't be beat. The management and staff deserve special mention for their exceptional service. Robin, Kim, and David in the office are all incredibly kind and helpful. The maintenance team- Kurt, Harold, and Fred are all quick to help and all requests are handled promptly. Robin leads her team so well! Each staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and address whatever is needed. The complex itself is kept up very well and is clean. Anyone needing an apartment in Birmingham would be lucky to live here!

Robin and her team are excellent at what they do. I visited many different communities in the Birmingham area and immediately felt at home as soon as I walked through the door. Her team is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help. The application process was easy, and even with an out of state move there was no stress. They had everything ready for my move in and I got there just in time for the Christmas party they threw for their residents. I was able to attend and noticed the strong sense of community among the other residents. They welcomed me with open arms and made me feel right at home. I am very excited to be a part of the Lane Parke family.

Lane Parke Apartments in Birmingham, AL offers some of the best apartments in the area. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with any help needed. Maintenance is always quick to come to any issue. In addition to all of these great amenities, the location is unbelievable. I’ve lived in all sorts of apartments: cramped ones in college, luxury ones in Buckhead, but this one is the best of them all. Walkable location minutes from everything, great staff and maintenance crew - I’d recommend it to anybody.
