First time at this nail salon. I am ok with my pedicure after a touch up that was needed, but I probably won't go back. I was greeted very coldly by the manager (?)/person who seemed to give directions to the staff. I was taken back as I'm not used to cold welcomes in Mountain Brook shops. Furthermore, I have cuts on both second toes near the cuticle because they were not careful with the buffer file. The nail tech was nice though and they aren't what caused me to post this, it was truly the terrible first impression upon walking in.

Very disappointed in this experience. I am new to town so I have been trying different nail salons to hopefully find a regular place to go. I went last Monday (6/5) and had 2 nails break on Tuesday (6/6). I went back to the salon on Wednesday (6/7) and they were busy so asked if I could come back. I am a graduate student so my schedule is already pretty tight but I agreed. I wasn’t able to make it back until Saturday (6/10) but at this point had half of my nails chipped, cracked, or broken. I got there right when they opened (9:30 AM) to hopefully not have to wait super long and catch my nail tech before the weekend rush came in. She wasn’t there. The other ladies at the salon asked what I needed and I kindly explained. I understand that things happen and maybe honestly it was just the powder used to dip my nails in. One lady said to me “Oh yes, you came in the other day I remember! Your nail tech isn’t here yet”. After about 15 minutes of waiting, they took my name and number and told me they would call me as soon as the nail tech got there and assured me she would fix my nails and make it right. Well, I never received a call. At this point, my nails need to be completely redone and I feel as if I have done my part at attempting to get them fixed. I have an incredibly busy week and simply don’t have time to pop in at the nail salon every other day to get my $63 set fixed that is less than a week old. I unfortunately will not be returning to this salon, and would much rather drive 30 minutes to a salon Hoover where I know I will receive better service. I am not typically rough on my hands and usually get 3-3.5 (sometimes 4) weeks out of a set before needing to get them redone. Sadly, this was $63 down the drain for me.Service: Nail painting

I’ve been twice and had a great experience both times, I’ll be returning. Also, they’ve had recent renovations that make the store much more inviting.Services: Manicure

The worst pedicures we have ever received. Unwashed equipment, placed nail utensils on the bare floor. The nail tech wiped off the leg/ foot mask with a dirty towel that fell into the used foot water. Nail tech stabbed me in the toe with cuticle cutter (Never apologized) and burned me with the cure light. Was never greeted, or offered pedicure packages (we found the pedicure packages on our own, just by chance and looking over to the lady sitting next to me) This was a horrible experience and I am extremely disgusted with this facility!!

I have been trying nail salons all over Birmingham and this one is wonderful! I got the basic pedicure and it lasted over 40 minutes!! The massage was great! I had Austin and he really seemed to care about making my feet as smooth as possible and did an excellent job!

Went in for a gel manicure and was greeted rudely. The entire manicure only took 15 minutes! That's not a real manicure. He didn't touch my cuticles and messed up the polish multiple times but denied that he messed up until I convinced him that he had. The paint job is sloppy. When he asked me how much I'd like to tip, I said $4 because my experience was terrible. He then asked me if I'd tip him $6! I said no and he was rude. Attached are pics of the "manicure" I got 5 hours ago.

I saw the poor reviews and I cannot speak for the work of other employees who work at Foxy Nails 3, but I very much enjoyed my experience there. I did not wait a long time and Danny did an amazing job on my nails. The gel was not painted on my skin, just my nail, so I know it will last a long time. He trimmed and filed my nails very nicely and the edges were very smooth before the Polish was applied. I've been to other places and sometimes polish on the skin is a thing.Danny did a great job! Thank you :)) I feel fabulous!

Didn't even get a manicure... just got the gel polish--it took over 45minutes. The guy kept messing up my nails and having to redo. Paint is on my skin around my nails still... $28 for gel paint and $38 if you get a manicure... Doubt I'll go back...

I didn't check reviews and I honestly should have. Went in for acrylics with french tip and they seemed rude. There are bubbles and what looks like dirt in the acrylics. Paid $52 for nails and eyebrow wax and within 4 hours, a nail broke. Now I have two more getting ready to pop up and it's literally been two days. I will NEVER go back. The only good thing was the eyebrow wax.

The last time I went there it was empty yet they seemed in a hurry and didn't even let the gel nail light finish which caused my nails to chip after less than a week. Not friendly either. Many better options.
