I came to grab a few things in the pharmacy and was not expecting how amazing the gift shop was inside. There are so many adorable gifts from personal items, to home decor, to stationery. Amy was so personable and helpful. She knew the shop inside and out, and has really been thoughtful in her selection of products. You know it’s a good shop when you feel like you’re at home. Amazing customer service and a wonderful selection. Highly recommend!

This is your sign to stop overlooking your local pharmacy!!!! A chain grocery pharmacy I used in the area recently shut down and transferred all of our medicine over to a larger pharmacy chain that wanted to charge me eight times the price I had been originally paying. Called Crestline Pharmacy after remembering a past recommendation from a friend and got super friendly service, my normal rate back, and they were able to fill my prescription within ten minuets of me calling. I'm a convert!

Hands-down the best pharmacy service ever, and consistently so for many years. Always a pleasure. Ample hours of operation, friendly greeting, barely ever a line or a wait, and very fast preparation. Try them once and you’ll never go to a chain pharmacy again.

My parents got their prescriptions filled here, but when I was young, (a) I didn’t have prescriptions to fill very often, and (2) I just went with a national pharmacy so I could transfer them if necessary.Fast forward to 2001 when I moved to Crestline with a couple infants, partly so the parents weren’t so far if they needed something. Both my folks were physicians at UAB, so I figured if Crestline Pharmacy was good enough for them, it was certainly good enough for me. Babies and old folks must make up most of pharmacy business!After I started going to Crestline Pharmacy, I quickly realized how valuable it was to have the pharmacist recognize you and know why you were there as soon as you walked in the door! Whereas a big national pharmacy seems to move the pharmacists they employ every couple months (so you have to explain your entire medical history every time you go!), Crestline Pharmacy knows your name, your kids’ names, your parents’ names, and they might even remember your grandparents’ names! This combination of friendliness and medical knowledge is just terrifically reassuring.

Matt and his Crestline Pharmacy staff consistently work - in my families best interest - with every new Rx/refill. They are my go to pharmacy. I use their delivery service -works like a charm. I visit before holidays to see what they are stocked up on. Always interesting items. Can not imagine a pharmacy more caring and reliable than Crestline Pharmacy. Thank you Matt. This is one of the best pharmacies in town and the fastest I can only walk in with a prescription and walk out within 4 to 7 min. Their prices are good and they are extremely friendly they recently went through some small growing pains and new people but that seems to have all worked out for the better they're fully staffed and ready to help.

The staff is so kind and compassionate and very friendly!! This pharmacy is like an old time pharmacy and has such cool things to choose from! Whether you choose a candle with a hilarious slogan, a flower petal greeting pouch, a Chanel Pill pill case, or pick up anything prescription or non from the actual pharmacy desk, one thing will be factual about your visit. You will feel like you just left from a visit with your life long best friend AND will want to spread that feeling to every stranger you meet afterwards!

Crestline pharmacy is one of the worst stores that I have ever been the manager and owners are extremely rude don't care about their customers and they think that are better then everyone else. I would strongly strongly recommend not going there!

BRAVO, Crestline Pharmacy!!! ???These guys became my personal HEROES when they were able to fill a medication that is on backorder Nationally, and not a single chain pharmacy in Greater Bham could accommodate my need... Not Walgreens, not CVS, not Winn Dixie or Publix or Walmart... just to name a few!Not only did they have my medicine in stock, they were VERY fast at filling it for me, and the entire staff was incredibly personable and professional! The selection of merchandise in the store was fabulous, which made my wait (albeit brief) thoroughly enjoyable!I will definitely be filling all of my prescriptions here in the future, and I highly recommend that you do the same!Keep up the great work, Crestline Pharmacy! Your exceptional service is deeply appreciated, and does not go unnoticed! Thanks again! ?

I have been working with Crestline Pharmacy for the last 12 years. in some ways my history goes much deeper with the chain of individuals who have been careful over do years, since 1965 at least, to ensure the absolute best service, recommendations and assistance. Mini us us who have lived in in this general area for many years will recall Dr. Nap Gary, dr. Gary served the community for most likely best guess more than 50 years in Mountainbrook Village, next-door to Smith’s variety. That Gary passed the business on to a young man he had mentored for decades, Mike and Mike has now passed the reins on to a very capable young man, Matt. During this evolution the store has moved from Mountainbrook Village to Crestline and throughout that time, the values of that Gary had been passed from pharmacist to pharmacist and it remains and I feel that commitment every time I walk in the door often greeted by name, but more importantly to me, always greeted with a smile. In preparation for holiday travel I understood that Covid booster Vaccines were being dispensed to the pharmacy with no reservation required and no waiting. Too good to be true? Well when I walked in and towards the back of this store close to the pharmacy I double checked with it individual at the counter and she said absolutely right or left arm? Moderna or Pfizer? I completed a simple page of information provided my previous vaccination records and this was started and completed in less than five minutes. Once completed I walked over to catch Matts Attention as they were clearly slammed before the Christmas holidays and travel plans but I felt it important to thank him for making Doing his best to keep his community as healthy as possible, so simply. you see I had just hung the phone up as I was driving to the pharmacy speaking with my son and daughter-in-law who were at a Costco in Chicago. They made the reservation for their booster three weeks in advance and the amount of commotion and noise and from what they described the number of people, hundreds upon hundreds whining and waiting for a booster, that was it. Having heard their story and what they were living through I realized how fortunate we are to have Crestline Pharmacy, Matt and his staff right here, And all I needed to do was to get my act together and walk to the door. BTW, as I was leaving I noticed a remodel in the front of the store which included beautiful oriental carpets and they were two freezers. The freezers were filled with frozen homemade cinnamon rolls, Kaneka sausage, biscuits and cheddar cheese biscuits and maybe 10 to 15 other items. It was about as perfect an experience as I could ever expect as I had learned of a friend who would be at home, is it aficionado of Kaneka sausage and a have been racking my brain for something to drop off to just let her know she’s loved and we will miss seeing her over the holidays due to our travel plans. So there it was, A perfect gift didn’t break the bank and was right there and ready to be bagged and I was out from start to finish in less than 10 minutes total. I can’t think of a thing more anyone could’ve done to have made that a nicer, more efficient, more personable visit. Thank you all for providing healthcare to our community in such a genuine and authentic way. My visit made me feel as if I was taken care of and was now ready for whatever variant of the next global pandemic might be out there in the world, just waiting!Merry Christmas!

At first I never actually build any interest on this Binary/Forex trading of a thing but when I later gave it a try with the Help of this wonderful Expert Trader Mrs Kimberly Louis it was a successful trade for me.
