What a wonderful experience. I was on the hunt for a black cosmos Mont Blanc. After talking to Ryan, I discovered they had one coming in this week. I was out of town and Ryan was nice enough to set the pen back for me. My experience picking up the pen was amazing. Great location and amazing customer service! They have definitely earned my business.

My friend and I wandered into Barton-Clay on a girls trip. The owners could not have been more friendly, helpful or amazing. We both bought a few pieces and I left my watch to be fixed and shipped. I felt ? confident that they would take care of us just like family

This place is amazing! I stumbled in here to get my engagement ring resized hoping for the best since I had never been in before, and they did above and beyond what I expected!! The resizing was very clean and well done, and they cleaned my diamond better than any other place I've been!! It's sparkling so beautifully. I got to meet Eric the owner and he is the sweetest. Everyone is super helpful and the pricing is VERY FAIR for a resizing! Compared to every other place I've been, this was the best especially for the high-quality experience. Oh wait and, they only took 4 days and I dropped it off on a Saturday! Got it back on a Tuesday morning. So quick and efficient! Go here if you need to get a ring resized! I will for sure be back.

EDIT: received a call first thing this morning from the team at Barton Clay seeking to make the situation right for us. I will update further when the situation is resolved.Absolutely terrible experience, do not waste your time or money. In November we drove over three hours one way to drop off a Baume & Mercier watch for service and a dial replacement, because BC was the nearest authorized dealer. For six weeks, we heard nothing, and only when we called did the reach out to the manufacturer for information. Another six weeks went by before we called again, only when we called them did they admit that they had been sitting on an estimate from the manufacturer for the repairs for over a month but had never called us to get them app. So we paid the $1861 charge by phone, and waited another three months. Today we finally received the watch in the mail, and the dial was not replaced. (It’s obvious because some paint on the 7 had broken away, which is what prompted the repair in the first place.). Once again I called the store, and was told they would need to find my file and call back, but three hours later I still haven’t received a call back. What a ripoff.

I recently purchased a white gold necklace for my wife’s anniversary gift. I’ve dealt with Barton Clay previously on multiple occasions and this is by far the best and most outstanding jewelry store I have ever been associated with. All of their staff truly cares about their customers which is obvious considering this business has been at it for such a long time. Due to my last minute decision on this purchase Eric and Ryan moved my order up the list and were able to get it completed and shipped out within three days! There is only one jewelry store in the country that will ever see my money and Barton Clay Jewelers is it! Great job as always team.
