I was going home from Walmart when the owner and driver of Shew's towing parked me in so that I could not leave. When I asked him to move so that I could pull out, he refused. I asked again if he could move, but he said no. I asked why and he said that I could wait until he was done analyzing the problem of another guy's car. He was getting under the hood of another car far away form mine. Then basically he got rude and upset for no reason. Nasty encounter. If this is his idea of service it is going to cause lots of problems. Stay away from this guy who cares about no one else.

Gates did a great job!!! I got a flat on the highway and he came to my rescue. Not only did he fix my tire, but he made sure that I was ok after I didn’t pull off right away. Super kind. He’s my hero for sure.

Tim was amazing! He picked me up quickly and got my car loaded fast. This towing company has great customer service. I was stuck on the side of the road with a flat which would make anyone annoyed but since they got to me quick and on the way, it made a bad situation just a little bit better. Thank you!!!

They changed a flat tire for me on a cold, rainy morning. Driver was very courteous and quickly changed the tire for me. I would not hesitate to use them again.
