“Picked up my order for approximately 1400 square feet of decking materials from the post for the ground all the way to the deck boards. Aron and Brian this morning where extremely helpful with helping me to get it loaded even though it was raining cats and dogs. Would ha e given it a five star overall except as we where loading it and checking things off the list the order puller had gave me way to many of one thing and did not have it all pulled, even though we had an email confirming it was pulled and ready to go. If I was to rate these two gentleman that helped me this morning they would have gotten way higher then a 5 star. I told them if they where going to have to go out in the rain to get my order I could come back later and Brian insisted days g sir you drove to pick your order up I want you to able to leave with your order. “In 1990 I purchased materials for a deck 16x24 all pressure treated "ground contact" lumber delivered. Upon inspection the decking was not ground contact material but Shaw guaranteed me the material was mislabeled and my materials was infact ground contact.Well, I didn't want to take a chance and requested replacement and Shaw promptly honored my request. Hard to believe but my deck remains straight and strong.I recently recommended Shaw to my daughter and to anyone ready my witness. I am not being paid for this critique. I do not know anyone at Shaw.”
