“KC Drug has surpassed all other pharmacy experiences I’ve ever had. In the past I’ve dealt with some horrible pharmacies. Since switching to KC Drug I never have to wonder if my prescription or my families is ready or hasn’t been filled. I never have to wait longer than a few minutes if that. Usually all prescriptions are ready & I am always greeted as soon as the door opens. If I have a question it’s answered & explained so that I know every detail. I absolutely LOVE KC Drug & I’ll never go anywhere else. I love the staff & the pharmacists. I always feel like family every time I walk in. So if your looking for a reliable & trustworthy pharmacy I highly recommend KC Drug...you’ll never be disappointed.”

“Store was well organized, staff was friendly. The manager on duty was kind of a little mouthy about the poor guy taking out the garbage he didn’t realize it was leaking. He went to get a mop and she was making such a big deal about it. I didn’t remove a star for this because her behavior doesn’t reflect the store and the company in this instance, but I urge her to have a little patience and understanding in a management role. Poor dude didn’t even know it was leaking and it embarrassed him.”

“I would Highly recommend Walgreens 69 South Photo Department to anyone! I was in desperate need of a photo project and they did not disappoint. There were two associates (Alissa and Bailey) that went above and beyond. I'm not that tech savvy so I accidentally placed the order to be shipped instead of store pickup (which was what I needed) since I needed the photo book by Tuesday. Even though they were super busy, Bailey took her time to help me cancel the online order and also instructed me on how to order so it could be Same day pickup and assured me that she would get my order ready before she left. Bailey never seemed bothered and was very accommodating. Alissa also was very patient and was there to assist in any way she could. Since they were so busy, Alissa had to get on a register. Once I got to checkout Alissa checked me out and sincerely hoped my order was what I had expected. Alissa & Bailey made my experience Exceptional.”
