Only reason I gave it 1 star is because I couldn't give it 0! I called here to get assistance for a customer and he shouted at me: "DO NOT EVER CALL HERE. HE SAID HE DOES NOT AND WILL NOT WORK WITH NSD! SO TAKE THIS NUMBER OFF YOUR LIST!" What this not nice OR caring man knows is that his name is NOT on a list of ours. I found his information on Yelp. If he does not want business to THAT "gentleman" I suggest you TAKE YOUR INFORMATION OFF THE INTERNET!! Your customer service skills suck to say the least and your care for people is even worse! These days are dark enough, FIX THE ATTITUDE OR YOU'RE IN THE WRONG BUSINESS!!
