The area manager was able to help resolve a billing issue which ultimately lead to me renewing my lease. I had been a tenet for almost a decade and was about to withdraw my lease but she was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also helped me save on my rental costs for the next month by suggesting I upgrade to a larger unit instead of having two separate ones.
