We submitted a design for our softball team and what did Dixie Diamond do? They screwed up the whole order, was extremely rude to our coach who was trying to get them to take responsibility, refused to fix their mistakes even though what they submitted for approval was denied and was clearly communicated that they did it wrong, they refuse to refund or take any responsibility. This is the worst customer service and business I have ever seen. The shirts are so thin you can see through them and the quality of their printing looks like a 4 year old did it. I will never recommend them because of their poor attitude and excuses. Theres a reason their entire staff quit on them and I can see why! Simply unacceptable to conduct business like they did!
