“I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable my room was: from the chaise lounge, shampoo, soap etc in bottles on the shower wall, cozy comfy comforter and mattress and the ac worked so well I was comfortable the entire time. I was truly impressed and will stay there again if I need a hotel room in Bham, which I normally don’t need. I highly recommend this hotel. If you read a bad review, it’s from someone who should have brought it to their attention while there and had their room changed.

“Stayed 1 night, the desk clerk, Kristen, was friendly and helpful, room was very clean and comfortable, soft bed nice clean sheets, had a good nights sleep. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from with sausage, eggs, gravy, biscuits along with pancakes, cereal, pastries, juices, coffees. A little more than other hotels but we will stay here again. We were near the interstate and had some noise until around 9. Parking lot was a little small, lots of cars.Rooms: Rooms clean and comfortable but interstate noise could be heard.Safety: Area seemed to be safe.Noteworthy details: Parking lot was small and very full.”
