Do not use this pharmacy while waiting in line my son was crying in a different part of the store. The pharmacy employees began to make fun of him saying he was a cat and then proceeded to imitate him. My son is a very premature baby and cannot help the way he sounds, do not use these very rude and unprofessional people

Katherine Cory , the pharmacist at Publix in Moody, Alabama, went above and beyond for me, treating me like a family member in need. I just really appreciate her professionalism and her kindness. I’m going to transfer all of my Winn-Dixie prescriptions over to this pharmacy because of Katherine.

I have started going to the Deerfoot Parkway Publix, I have had no issues with them as I did at the Moody Pharmacy.

I was supposed to leave Sunday to go help my mom for her surgery. But Publix in Moody Alabama told me I could pick up my prescription Monday morning then when I got here they said It’s not gonna be ready till 11:00 so now I’m waiting another hour as I am being held up from going out of town. You just don’t do people like this. I also contacted corporate.

Terrible service! Even after patiently waiting for a prescription that was called in from doctors office the day before. Was told they were short staffed and they were handling 500 other prescriptions. Very unprofessional! Some things you just don’t express to customers especially when you work for a company such as Publix. Could not imagine what those cases look like for the people that depend on medication to live!

The Moody location is my favorite Publix to visit it's super close to my job so I can run in before & after work the people are always extra friendly & don't mind assisting I come here biweekly to pick up fresh flowers because flowers makes me happy I get the three bouquets for $12 & make a centerpiece for my table I live close to two different locations but moody is. Y far my favorite

Super satisfied. Ive been using them for about 6 months. Friendly and QUICK. They always have my prescriptions ready in 30-45 mins.

I don't know what's happened to this place, it used to have friendly, helpful people but for the last few months it takes 3 or 4 phone calls to get my scripts filled and when I show up they're still not filled. It's ridiculous, I might as well go back to having them filled on base.

Savvanah c . Is very rude , super unprofessional . Didn’t even identify me just … left me at the drive through window for about 20 minutes didn’t know if I was done or had to fill out more papers .

So thankful for Publix lately. They are always clean, friendly, and helpful. I haven't been anywhere other than the grocery store lately due to quarantine, so Publix is much appreciated during times like these. Keep up the great work!
