It can be challenging but you can scale the workouts to where you are. The coaches give you tips to keep you safe. I like showing up and having the workouts programmed and varied. They have an upstairs waiting areas for parents inside and outside of the gym. They are awesome with makeup days if class gets canceled for some reason. Very professional.”
