I am very pleased to say that I got one if the best eye exams from Dr Greg Hivley at the Moody, Al location. very through and answered all my questions. His staff couldn't be any better. I've just picked up my new glasses and absolutely love them! I highly recommend their services Cheryll Puls

The "doctor", and I use the term lightly is not very good to me.She gave me the absolutely wrong contacts. I can prove this with my visit at a well known eye clinic.She knew I needed a certain type of contact lenses and and didn't get them for me. She was to get a finder's fee for sending me to another for cataract surgery when I don't need it for at least 5 years. I had a fall due to my depth perception being messed up. If you are in need of an optometrist, do not use this place.This wouldn't get a star, but the app made me in order to post.

Being new to the area a neighbor suggested this office. First I'd like to say they were all friendly but... I asked for regular lenses not anti glare, got anti glare! They sneak in added costs and tests that are not required! I left paying nearly a grand (with insurance) for 2 sets of glasses and contacts. I have 5 of us all in glasses and contacts the cost at another office for the exact same 2 glasses and contacts less than $500 so I'd like to say! This place is very expensive and all about the money! So fast forward 3 months. My daughters glasses she takes them off the night stand to put on and the ear price falls off. It's clearly a manufacturing flaw guess who has to pay even though I have warranty on them me and by the way ma'am you have a balance of $58 dollars because we for got to bill the lenses correctly! So I'm a little upset will not go there ever again or will I ever recommend it to anyone! Maybe this is the way the world is anymore crooked and greedy but at the sake of the people who pay your bills! Shameful. I was raised you treat your customers with respect and you treat them right!!! When you have insurance and still pay for something out of pocket and it's crap I do believe you should make it right! I've never had this issue in all of my 40 years of having corrected vision! Again no one was ever mean or nasty it's just some messed up corporate greed!
