Came in today to get prices and look at storage units. I walk into the office and the guy just stares at me. No hello, how are you, how can I help you. Just looked liked he didn’t want to be there and that I was bothering him. This is one reason I will not be back and the prices are very high compared to other places.

Good for all your storage needs. Indoor climate controlled units have 24 hour access. Outside units available as well as RV parking.

Decent storage units with moderate security. I just wish there was a way to make payments online. It would be a lot more convenient and I wouldn't be denied making a partial payment towards my account.

This is a good storage facility. It's on the lower end of cost per unit. It has INDOOR units. The outdoor units are in closed in a high fence with controlled access. I feel my belongings are safe there.

Clean location. Indoor storage hours are not good for somebody working 9 to 5. Need to update to allow 24hr access like there outside storage.

I rented an inside, climate-controlled unit for a year. I happened to be moving into my new home on New Year's Eve and when I arrived with the moving company I hired, I found a sign on the door saying they were closed from Dec. 28th -Jan. 3rd. The doors were locked and there was no way to access my furniture and other belongings. I was not notified of the closing and the manager did not answer my calls or respond to the voicemail I left with him. I had to re-hire movers again the next week, which made my moving experience very expensive. When I returned with the movers, I was barely given an apology and no offer of some sort of refund for the trouble and expense of hiring a moving company for two separate days. Her words and body language clearly showed she did not care. I cannot believe a storage company would lock customers out and deny them access to their units during normal business hours.
