Very unprofessional and poor communication. I was told to drop off my truck early in the morning and I would receive it within 4-5 hours or by the end of the day. My truck did not get worked on until 3pm that day. I was calling throughout the day for updates. I told the tech at 2pm that I would like a refund since my truck wasn't being worked and I needed my truck to go to work (paying out of pocket). He told to me wait until the boss comes in since he could not authorize refund and he would tell the boss to call me. He called around 3pm saying he is working hard on my truck and have it ready by the end of the day and would stay late to fix. He also knew I needed my truck to go to work the next morning. He called at 4:58pm saying he needed the glass to be tooken off so my truck would be available in the morning when a certain person comes in the morning. He did not offer any transportation. Fortunately, I am blessed to afford an expensive Uber to work.
My truck was not ready until 5pm. I sat and waited after work. There were no good customer service at all. My truck was also very dirty receiving it back. This could have been avoided if the boss would have called me before working on my truck so late. I would not mind rescheduling to a better day.

Terrible service told me they could fix my car and didn’t have the correct mechanics to work on my car also had my car for 5 months and did the bare minimum I truly do not recommend service and still wanted me to pay full price

This shop is great.. My car ran hot while I was traveling during the holidays and I ended up having to get a water pump replaced.. They were quick and efficient on getting me back on the road within 3 hours of arriving.. Highly recommended their services..
