I had to make a very emergency decision to have my dog put to sleep. Even though I have never set foot in this office they treated us with the utmost kindness and respect. I will be using this office from here on out.

Had an emergency while traveling back to Texas my dog got ran over by the side of the free way
Rushed to the clinic very friendly and quick service took my dog got X-rays and was thank god we had fine . Very attentive and well organized staff .

Shout out to Miss Taylor, with the Bay Animal Clinic and her speedy response time, in saving this sweet pup on Hwy 98, early this morning.
The pup somehow made its way into heavy, morning traffic and barely missed being hit by oncoming cars. (Yes, very scary!) Thankfully, Taylor happened to be driving by, on her way to work and jumped into action. She safely secured the pup in some nearby woods, taking him to the clinic with her, in hopes of finding his owner.
Kudos, Taylor!:)

THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST . THEY ARE THE VERY LAST SATURDAY MORNING VET ANYWHERE THAT I COULD FIND WITHIN 40 MILES OF WHERE I LIVE. THEY GAVE MY CAT A SHOT THAT CLEARED UP HER BITE WOUNDS FROM ANOTHER CAT. THIS IS THE VET CLINIC TO GO TO. I WILL BE DOING BUISNESS WITH THIS VET SERVICE FROM NOW ON AS LONG AS THEY STAY OPEN ON SATURDAY MORNING. ONCE AGAIN THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HELPING MY CAT TO HEAL.

I didn't like the way myself or my pet was treated the vet was cold and had no concern for my animal and no one waited on me until I spoke up. I wouldn't recommend ever.

Dr Hudson, the techs and everyone at the front were incredible! They are all so kind to you and your babies! Dr. Hudson went above and beyond for our sick cat Theodore. I am so thankful! You will not regret taking your babies here!!

Dr. Hudson and the staff were amazing and sensitive for my first visit having to be under unfortunate circumstances. I appreciate her care and transparency in discussing options, and assurance in making the best choice for my kitty. Because of the care and sensitivity shown by the staff, I will be back for my other pet's needs.

Sméagol came in with hematoma in his ear. It was pretty terrifying!! Luckily the team at Bay Animal Clinic fixed him up and got him back to his family in less than an hour! Their ‘bedside’ manner is fantastic and assured me he’d be in great hands!
Never disappointed!!

The medical staff and veterinarian took such great care of my injured dog. They got me in the same day and were so thorough with their examination. My dog is on the mend and doing so much better! I HIGHLY recommend them!
