“Great prices, I do wish they could put a stop sign from Sam's Club going to the gas station area and one coming off the street, making it a 3-way stop. The area can get jammed and dangerous when older drivers try to cross.”
“This is one of my favorite stores in Montgomery. We go here about once a week to get groceries and things we like to find along the way. So much to chose from at good prices. I find stuff all the time and look up the price and sure enough it's marked down a good bit lower. The return policy and warranty can't be beat anywhere. I have had to take back a few things and with no problem at all. The staff is always polite "mostly". To buy in bulk and save a good bit of money this is the place.”
“We were on a roadtrip and stopped to grab dinner in Montgomery. While walking back to the car, we noticed that we had a flat tire. It was almost 7 o'clock and most tire stores were closed - those that were open rudely said they couldn't help us even though it was an emergency. Fortunately, Costco was on our same exit and they saved the day! Jacob L. was so helpful and provided quick and excellent customer service.”

“Very well run store. One of the better Costco’s. Good variety, shifting displays, lots of samples. Lost one star due to the declining number of manned checkouts and the lack of an ice machine. Many customers here come from a distance and bring coolers for the trip home. Sell them some ice to keep their purchases fresh.”

“I consistently have positive experiences at Sam's, but recently, I noticed a change in the checkout process. Previously, staff would consistently verify my purchases on exit. However, I observed that I was no longer being stopped, while others were having their receipts checked.
As an African American, I initially wondered if I was being profiled, assuming I was being closely monitored. Fortunately, Manager Steven White addressed my concerns with empathy and clarity, explaining the implementation of new technology.
I appreciate Steven's thoughtful approach, which stood out from what could have been a dismissive or insensitive response. His professionalism and compassion demonstrate exceptional customer service.”
“Found what we were looking for. The pizza at the snack bar was excellent. A little disappointed they took away the sweet tea and changed the soft drink selection at the snack bar drink dispensers.”
