“This is one of my favorite stores in Montgomery. We go here about once a week to get groceries and things we like to find along the way. So much to chose from at good prices. I find stuff all the time and look up the price and sure enough it's marked down a good bit lower. The return policy and warranty can't be beat anywhere. I have had to take back a few things and with no problem at all. The staff is always polite "mostly". To buy in bulk and save a good bit of money this is the place.”
“We were on a roadtrip and stopped to grab dinner in Montgomery. While walking back to the car, we noticed that we had a flat tire. It was almost 7 o'clock and most tire stores were closed - those that were open rudely said they couldn't help us even though it was an emergency. Fortunately, Costco was on our same exit and they saved the day! Jacob L. was so helpful and provided quick and excellent customer service.”

“I’ve been a member for 14 yrs and Overall great service, clean facility and normally pretty busy. The short Caucasian girl with the glasses is very rude. Overall everyone is very pleasant which is probably why she sticks out like a sore thumb.”
“Great prices, I do wish they could put a stop sign from Sam's Club going to the gas station area and one coming off the street, making it a 3-way stop. The area can get jammed and dangerous when older drivers try to cross.”

“Every time I come to Sam’s club I have a decent experience. The African American lady at the door is super sweet and the people at the meat department are super helpful even when really busy. I have been coming here for years every Sunday.”
“I stopped by on Monday to pick up an order. I had a second order scheduled to be picked up three hours later. I asked the associate Indiria if my second order was ready to be picked up. She checked and said that it wasn't. Bummer. To my amazement and great joy, she said that it was just five items and if I was willing to wait, she would go back inside and pull my order, so that I didn't have to make a second trip back to pick it up. I wanted to hug her and jump for joy. I loaded my first order into my car and waited. A few minutes Indiria returned with my second order. I was so thankful for her kindness and helpfulness. Thank you Indiria !!! You are AWESOME !!!”
