They don't have good customer service. They do not help cover our needs in the bank

Long wait for assistances. Apparently, only one person can do wire transfers.

If I could have done a zero I would have. Wasted 2 hours of my time and they turned around and basically told me they could not call and get my account unlocked so I could get my funds and threatened to close my account and send me a cashiers check!
